Clinical Research helps advance medical knowledge by testing the safety and efficacy of new pharmaceutical medications and products. Clinical trials are on the cutting edge of medicine and offer insight into exciting new therapies.
Palmetto Clinical Research is conducting a variety of paid clinical trials in Charleston, SC and the surrounding area. Participants in our research studies receive comprehensive medical care including: laboratory testing, health evaluations, study medications or devices and monetary compensation for time and travel (amount varies per study). Upon joining a study, participants become part of a team that included physicians, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. The purpose of a clinical trial is to advance medical knowledge and innovation. Every medication, medical device, vaccine and tool used to diagnose, prevent, manage and cure disease is tested before it is released to the general public. Clinical trials are carefully designed and monitored to measure the success of each new product. All trials at Palmetto Clinical Research are subject to the rules and regulations of the fDA and each participant in a clinical trials signs an informed consent which ensures that all information about the study has been explained to the participant. We believe in this process and are committed to conducting the highest qualify research and patient care.
Our mission is to partner with patients in our community who are interested in advancing medicine through clinical research, while ensuring the highest qualify of care and ethical standards.
